Agape Acres can accommodate up to 175 guests
Does Agape Acres allow pets on the property?
Yes, Agape Acres is pet friendly! We allow your pets (up to 2) to join the festivities IF they are part of the ceremony.
Are we allowed to bring hard liquor as well as beer and wine?
Yes, you bring the alcohol and mixers, and we provide the licensed bartender to serve.
How long will I have use of the venue site?
Your wedding package includes 12-hours of facility use and event time. So, if you arrive at 10:00 am, to begin with, hair and make-up, the day would end with all parties exiting no later than 10:00 pm.
Is Rehearsal / Rehearsal dinner included in the package?
Based on availability, a 1-hour rehearsal is included in your wedding package and can be scheduled the week before your wedding.
Rehearsal dinners are contracted separately and start at $1,500 for 3 hours, with a maximum of 25 guests, plus the cost of catering and a bartender to serve alcohol—if you’re bringing supplies. All activities must end no later than 8:00 PM.
Do you have more than one wedding a day?
We host only one wedding per day, which means your wedding day is all about you at Agape Acres!
What if we only want a reception?
You’re welcome to host a reception only, and you get 5 hours of event time to enjoy it! Of course, the price is less than having a full-day event.
How do we secure our wedding date?
A deposit of $2,500 and a signed contract will secure your wedding date. $500, which is held as your refundable security deposit. Then it’s time for the fun to begin!
Can I use my own vendors for my wedding day?
Yes! As long as they are licensed and insured. (Prior approval by Agape Acres is required)
What kinds of chairs are provided?
For your ceremony, we provide white folding chairs that are included in the cost of the venue-rental or wedding package.
Your reception comes with wood-colored Chiavari chairs with ivory cushions that look beautiful in photos and are comfortable for your guests.
What is the rain contingency plan?
We’ve got you covered—literally! Our large pavilion can accommodate your ceremony, followed by your reception. We’ll let you decide on the morning of your wedding if you’d prefer to have your ceremony indoors or outdoors, and we’ll set up accordingly.
Is there a place for the Groom and Groomsmen to get ready?
We thought you’d never ask! We completed an 800 sq. ft. air-conditioned room (away from the bride-to-be) for the guys. Play darts or cards, relax, or watch TV and enjoy refreshments from your private refrigerator.
